The community is an ideal location for holiday-makers to make their base whilst planning those great days out at Florida's popular theme parks, attractions, beaches, shopping malls, and everything that Orlando, Central Florida has to offer.

Champions Gate and the grand Omni Hotel Resort are only minutes away where you'll find some fabulous golf courses designed by Greg Norman and the David Leadbetter Golf Academy. Reunion Resort is only 5 minutes away with its 3 championship golf courses, in fact there are so many golf courses to suit any handicap within easy reach that you'll be spoilt for choice.

The US27 and Interstate 4, are both within very easy reach and you can drive to the Disney Theme Parks within 10 - 15 minutes plus these routes provide great access to a multitude of shops, malls, restaurants, crazy golf, beaches and an abundance of Florida activities. Many retail outlets at the brand new Posner Park shopping mall, located on the US27, is due to start opening stores in 2008!

NB: The Shire At West Haven does have ongoing construction on site but the builder is sensitive to the needs of the holiday-maker and the owner has discounted their prices to reflect this.
