This beautiful 5 bed Florida Pool Home is located at Somerset, an enclave of new executive vacation homes, situated on the Remington Golfing community in Kissimmee.  With excellent routes nearby, Somerset is an ideal base when planning trips to the many shopping malls, beaches and Disney, which is less than 30 minutes away, as well as SeaWorld, Wet & Wild and Universal Studios' "Islands of Adventure" and "Ride the Movies".

With a gated entrance due for completion early 2007, Somerset community offers a number of communal facilities such as basketball and volleyball courts, together with soccer and baseball fields, a fitness centre and a community pool. A round of golf at Remington (an award winning course) is always available for reasonable green fees which also offers some great "all you can eat and play" deals  (www.remington-gc.com).  Its sister course, Kissimmee Golf Club, is also well worth a visit.

For those who enjoy fishing or boating, Somerset is just three miles away from Lake Tohopekaliga (Lake Toho) the Nation's "best" big bass fishing lake!
