About The Shire at West Haven - Davenport, Orlando, Florida

West Haven is made up of a number of quality rental communities which has become very popular with vacationers world-wide - The Shire is the latest addition.  The community is an ideal location for holiday-makers to make their base whilst planning those great days out at Florida's popular theme parks, attractions, beaches, shopping malls, and everything that Orlando, Central Florida has to offer.

Champions Gate with its large supermarket and various shops and restaurants is only minutes away, as well as the grand Omni Hotel Resort where you'll find some fabulous golf courses designed by Greg Norman and the David Leadbetter Golf Academy.  Reunion Resort is only 5 minutes away but there are so many golf courses to suit any handicap within easy reach that you'll be spoilt for choice.

The US27 and Interstate 4, are both within very easy reach and you can drive to the Disney Theme Parks within 10 - 15 minutes. Plus these routes provide great access to a multitude of shops, malls, restaurants, crazy golf courses, beaches and an abundance of fun family activities.  Many retail outlets at the brand new Posner Park shopping mall, located on the US27, have already started opening their dooes with many more stores opening throughout 2008!

NB:  The Shire at West Haven does have ongoing construction on site but the builder is sensitive to the needs of the holiday-maker and the owner has discounted their prices to reflect this.
