Watersong Resort, Davenport, Florida is a brand new vacation community made up of luxury rental pool homes, all of which either over-look conservation, water or both! Like its sister resort, Emerald Island, Watersong Resort has manned entrance gates and offers its owners and guests an abundance of resort facilities, including club house, community pool, play areas, *trail walks etc. The community is an ideal location for holiday-makers to make their base whilst planning those great days out at Florida's popular theme parks, attractions, beaches, shopping malls, and everything that Orlando, Central Florida has to offer.

Champions Gate and the grand Omni Hotel Resort is only a short drive away where there are some fabulous golf courses designed by Greg Norman and the David Leadbetter Golf Academy. Reunion Resort has 3 championship golf courses but there are so many courses to suit any handicap within easy reach that you'll be spoilt for choice.

The US27, Interstate 4, are both within very easy reach and offer a fast and easy route to the Disney Theme Parks (approximately 15-20 minutes drive) plus these routes provide great access to a multitude of shops, malls, restaurants, crazy golf, beaches and an abundance of Florida activities.

Please note that the community of Watersong Resort, Davenport, Florida only permits family (domestic) vehicles to be parked or stored on or outside any property. Please be aware that there is on-going construction to the back of this community but disruption is kept to a minimum as the properties available to rent are to the front. *Some community facilities will only be available from 2007 but please check with the OWNERS for the current state of construction.
