New for 2008 "Key Villa" is a 5 bed pool home located on Sandy Ridge, Davenport a popular vacation community set within lush conservation and ideally situated within easy reach of the popular Central Florida theme parks and attractions.  This nicely landscaped community also has its own small kiddies play area for those "little ones" who still have plenty of energy after a day at the theme parks.

Being close to great routes such as Interstate 4, US-27 and Hwy 192 makes planning those all important days out to parks, beaches or shopping that much easier - Disney is approximately 15-20 minutes drive.
