Property investment opportunities in Orlando, Florida can often be Inventory Homes which are quite simply homes that the developer has either newly built or are close to completing. Having a "stock" of inventory homes available allows the developer to satisfy those buyers who do not want to wait for a property to be built but still want to purchase a brand new home.
