Having a "stock" of inventory homes available allows the developer to satisfy those buyers who do not want to wait for a property to be built but still want to purchase a brand new home. The specification of the home is therefore already selected, so unlike buying off-plan there is not the opportunity to choose from available options or upgrades (ie; quality and colour of tiles, carpets, appliances etc) - what you see is what you get. |
